UofM North Quad 2/19/2013

Alright so I think lunch today was better than dinner last night over all, but that is mostly just because Bursley sucks and North Quad is arguable one of the best dining halls on campus. The thing that sucks about North Quad though is that everything about it is incredibly small. The room is small which means fewer tables so there is almost always nowhere to sit but today I got there early and I got to sit at a smaller table which means that I didn't have to sit with a bunch of weird people, which is always exciting. Hooray for being antisocial. Although, I did overhear a conversation from the weirdo kids at the table next to me and it went a little something like this:
Weird kid with hat: Well, I guess I didn't exactly tea bag him. I just kind of rubbed my balls all over his face.
Weird kid with no hat: Hahaha dude that is awesome!
Weird kid with hat: Haha yeah! I know, right!?
Okay, would someone please like to explain to me what exactly is awesome about rubbing one's balls all over another dude's face? I mean I honestly just don't get it. Maybe its just because I don't have balls. Whatever. Boys are stupid. Anyways... where was I? Oh yes. North Quad is small. The portions are insanely small, which I don't really mind because then I can try everything and then go get more of what I liked. But the trays are also small, and for some reason they decided on normal sized plates so there is a lot of strategic planning going on during meal times. I've got it down to a science. Anyways, food.

So first there was this pasta and it was delicious and amazing. I had two plates of it.

 Next there was this chicken fiesta whatever thing. It was really good at first, but after eating some of it I couldnt eat anymore. It had too many spices and it got kind of gross.

 Pizza. They always have flat bread pizza here and sometimes its really good and other times it sucks. Today it was cold and had too many spices on it. North Quad likes to do that sometimes. They try to over fancy their dishes and it ends up making them not as good. So yeah, I just picked off the mushrooms and ate those.

He had chocolate milk. I was jealous.

Cookies. Okay so all of the dining halls serve these cookies and they are literally the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had in my life. All the dining halls serve the same ones and they are good everywhere, except Bursley. Because Bursley is the worst.

So yeah I was happy and full with my cookies and pasta and now I'm trying to decide if I should count the pasta twice since I ate two servings or once since its the same thing... I guess I don't count the things I eat only part of any less... so it counts once. Also Evan doesn't get a rating. Because he is Evan.

So even though I was more satisfied with this meal than the one last night it ended up with a lower rating because of crappy crappy pizza. :(
