So these were the flowers I got for my sister :) I saw some other, cheaper ones, but when I saw the lilies in this bouquet, I became a little selfish and decided to get this set for me too. Besides, they can remind me of when you met me at the airport with a bunch of beautiful tiger lilies....
Putting them on the counter posed as a problem, however, and as you can see, Tommy has developed a taste for the juiciness of flowers... So time to move them to somewhere safe while I bake cookies!
I put them in a jar and slapped a bow on them, and moved them into the bathroom, where I thought of another idea of what I could do...
WRITE ON THE MIRRORS! We did this all the time at Calvin... so I got out my nifty pink, purple, and red dry-erase markers, got my swag on, and started some graffiti...
Oh yeah, this is just another view of these flowers that I really liked :)
I was making sugar cookies with pink and purple sprinkles :)
Put them in a plastic bag to maintain freshness of course!
Nom nom nom nom... though I hated that the sprinkle were in a square area on the circle cookies... I'll have to figure out how to fix that.
This was the final masterpiece, since it was in the bathroom, I could shut the door so Tommy wouldn't eat them, and left to finish the rest of my day...
Which consisted on getting semi-nice looking to go see a movie and go out to dinner!!!!! I went with Jackie and Laura and we saw Safe Haven, then went to Applebee's after. It surprisingly, wasn't all too busy :) It was full, but there weren't lines up front, and there was one or two tables open. And this was at around 5:45ish too!
When I got back, my sister asked if I wanted to hang out with her and her friend, and I did and it was pretty alright, I got to know her a little more. Also, in the car, my sister told me she had gotten me these... :)
So basically, I had a pretty good Valentine's Day :) I would have liked to have heard from you, especially since I don't really know what's going on, but it's alright :) I can't wait to see you though, so we can spend some time together :)
These are the flowers my Daddy got me :)
So Pretty!!!
